Instagram a photo sharing application owned by giant facebook is popular for uploading photos and editing into different options.
I was worried! when I didn’t have any smartphone 🙁
So, I wasn’t able to use instagram the time when its users were using from the mobile application. There was a time when its users won’t able to upload photos from its website.
But from now Instagram users no longer need the app to upload photos 🙂
Pretty interesting huh? Yes, seems to me as well as like many Instagrammers.
By using its website users could only browse, Like, follow, search, and see notifications on the stripped-down mobile website and desktop site.
A condensed version of the Explore page is also now available on the mobile site. The company’s been testing this functionality since March, according to TechCrunch.
A tweet from Matt Navarra has mentioned like this-
So, here on this post, I’m going to show you how to upload photos to Instagram from a desktop browser.
(I’m showing you how to from Chrome but you will also able to upload from Safari as well)
In Chrome Browser Uploading Process:
When Page Changed Into Mobile View:
I don’t know why instagram gives its users this type of technical process to upload images on instagram? Well, after switching into mobile view panel you’ll find a camera button on the screen which gives you permission to upload a photo from your desktop PC.
Though, Instagram told TechCrunch that the mobile site is
“designed to help people have a fuller experience on Instagram no matter what device or network they are on.”
By the way as a Marketer, I’m very happy to see this feature to upload images on Instagram, as you know sometimes it goes as difficult to upload from a mobile device while you are on working mood 🙂 🙂 :).
Any kind of appreciations from you guys are most welcome to keep me in blogging. So, Keep sharing if you find this post helpful! 🙂
